Bravo’s “Below Deck” Star Captain Sandy is officially getting married soon and we’re so happy for her!
Captain Sandy Yawn of Bravo’s Below Deck Mediterranean recently popped the question to her partner of five years Leah Shafer and she said yes!
“I have been thinking about marrying Leah for years,” Yawn told E! News of the proposal. “I knew from the minute I met her, but the timing had to be right. I wanted to make sure we could truly do life together first.”
The two are now thinking about filming their wedding for Bravo!
In an exclusive interview with E! News, the interviewer expressed how Below Deck fans would love to see the pair get married on the show. Captain Sandy was asked if she thinks that could be a possibility. The response from her was very positive and she gave us a hint that the couple might be planning exactly that. She said, “Yes, we want to include the fans. Absolutely.”
